Before planning your small business website design, lets analyze who your visitors are. Would they be interested to reach you online or walk down to your office, its all depends on the type of services offered.
If you are expecting them to write you, than provide them the Email id or a Contact US form easily reachable with in the home page of the website, remember don’t try to drag the visitor to some internal place to just right you.
If you want them to reach you over phone, display the timings and due to any case if you are not able to pitch up the phone, direct them to a voice mails service where they can leave their information.
Its also advisable to have a caller id instrument that would help to trace their number so that you can reach them if they do not leave any message.
In you are expecting them to reach you over a telephone than display a contact number where they can reach you, and as mentioned earlier, make sure you display it to the possible extent on the home page.
Its also important to display the Contact US form ro Email id or the Telephone number on all the pages too.
